Ricardo Simon has been a full-time, professional REALTOR® since 1990 specializing in the sales and marketing of single family residential properties, condominiums, town homes and Income Residential in Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Tustin, Lake Forest and the surrounding South Orange County area. A fully licensed broker, Ricardo is an expert in handling the sale, purchase and exchange of income and investment properties.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Ricardo was a Real Estate Appraiser,. Through this experience, Ricardo offers his clients a knowledgeable approach to surveying and assessing each home for its true value.

Ricardo has received numerous awards in recognition of his salesmanship and excellent leadership abilities. To his most recent credit, Ricardo has received the Top Producer Award, which is provided to recognize those Realtors who are in the upper 10%. Awarded with the professional designation of CA, a designation that is awarded to Certified Residential Real Estate Appraisers, Ricardo worked diligently to complete a rigorous course of training and stringent work experience requirement. Personal

A native of Chile, Ricardo was a student of the Universidad Catolica in Santiago, Chile, where he pursued a degree in Civil Engineering. Considered the HUD Foreclosure Specialist, Ricardo's in depth training in this area includes special Real Estate courses such as Economics, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Investments, Exchanges and Creative Financing.

The proud father of three children, Ricardo and his wife have resided in Southern California since 1986. Because of his involvement in the lives of his children, Ricardo has an acute awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area. He knows the schools, the neighborhoods, the services and the benefits available and is a valuable information resource both for those new to the area as well as to those who are simply changing neighborhoods.

Dedicated to his community as well as his profession and family, Ricardo is active at the St. Edward Catholic Church and a Cursillista.

When not serving his clients, Ricardo enjoys going to the beach, traveling to the mountains, attending the movies and getting together with family and friends.
